| Join us as we pair with local healthcare providers for a matching challenge, Providers Support Survivors. Community healthcare providers have donated a total of $3,200. We ask that you match this total by April 20th with your donation in any amount. We will use all donations to further our wide network of support and advocacy for those affected by domestic abuse, dating violence and stalking including emergency shelter and associated expenses.
Work with area healthcare providers is essential to New Hope Midcoast's mission. From referrals to and from medical practitioners and mental healthcare providers, to licensure-required trainings for social workers, to the emergent care that Sexual Assault Forensic Exam (SAFE) nurses provide for individuals most intimately affected by domestic abuse, New Hope Midcoast has an incredible community of healthcare support.
