Services At A Glance

Below is an overview of services provided during the most recent fiscal year (October 1-September 30). In addition to serving the people in our four-county catchment area, New Hope Midcoast’s 24/7 helpline takes all calls that come through the state-wide helpline as well as calls from individuals who prefer to speak with an advocate at an abuse violence resource center other than the one closest to them.

*The decrease in numbers is due to the pandemic prohibiting in-person contacts.

**Out-of-area clients include those who call the statewide helpline from out-of-state phone numbers and clients who have moved away but still require support for an ongoing court case in our catchment area.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our services shifted to creatively and effectively meet the needs of our clients.  Below is a brief overview of some services provided from October 1 - September 30th, 2021 with a comparison to those same services provided during the pandemic in 2020.
